Professional Summary

My strengths in Media Communications are writing, organization, public speaking, motivation, leadership, and getting my set goals done in a very professional and timely manner. I am interested in a position that will allow me to do all of those things and more. I would like to join a company that values someone who works very hard to get whatever task that is put before them done. Someone who is well-trained in communicating through writing and speaking. Someone who can design a website, a magazine ad, create a newspaper article, design an advertisement poster, conduct a face-to-face interview, host a podcast, relay important information to the public and successfully manage an office.

My job entails ensuring my patients can continue to participate in various areas of society. I often speak on their behalf. Not only do I attend to their physical needs, but their emotional and financial needs as well. They receive what they need and request professionally without judgement or animosity.

2006 - 2018

Carepartner - Vidant Medical Center

My duties were to assist the doctors and nurses with patient care. I also counseled loved ones of the patients and the patients as well. Because of my keen observations, I was often given special duties that needed someone with a strong attention to detail and anomalies.

Hospice CNAII - Home Health and Hospice Care of Greenville

1997 - 2006

I was assigned to the company's Hospice unit that was charged with attending to the emotional, physical and spiritual needs of people who had 6 months or less to live. It is something that has helped to make me the conscientious, goal-oriented person that I am. I learned how to work under constant pressure without losing integrity in my job. Everything was done accurately and in a timely manner.

Field of Study Clinical Psychology - Because the American Psychology Association changed the program degree from a Masters Program to a Doctorate, I ended my time there at the end of my junior year. Although this was not completed, I have retained the knowledge that I obtained. This knowledge allows gives me an edge when working with different people and in various situations.
